  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1 cup paneer

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC- GREEN CHILLI PASTE, FRY FOR 30 SECONDS
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS, FRY FOR 2 MINS
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES, SAUTE UNTIL SOFT
  4. ADD SALT, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER, MIX
  5. ADD 1 CUP CRUMBLED COTTAGE CHEESE
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER, MIX WELL
  7. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED FRESH CORIANDER, 1/2 TSP LEMON JUICE, MIX, TAKE OFF HEAT & SET ASIDE TO COOL
  8. TAKE 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, ADD 1/4 CUP CURD, 1 TSP BAKING SODA
  9. ADD 1TBSP OIL, MIX
  10. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER TO KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH
  11. KNEAD FOR 5 MINS TILL YOU MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH, SET ASIDE TO REST FOR 10-15 MINS
  12. KNEAD THE RESTED DOUGH AGAIN
  13. ROLL OUT A SMALL BALLS OF DOUGH
  14. CUT INTO CIRCLES
  15. ADD 1 TSP READY COTTAGE CHEESE MIX ON TOP
  16. GATHER & SEAL THE ENDS, MAKE A BALL
  17. ROLL OUT AGAIN
  18. BRUSH SOME GARLIC BUTTER ON TOP
  19. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 20 MINS
  20. THE PANEER NAAN BOMBS ARE READY, SERVE WITH CHUTNEY OR KETCHUP
