Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1 cup
  2. Luke warm water 1 cup
  3. Whole wheat flour 2 1/2 cup+ 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. COMBINE SALT, LUKE WARM WATER, MILK IN A MIXING BOWL
  2. ADD WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 2 CUP AND MIX WELL
  3. AGAIN ADD HALF CUP OF FLOUR AND KNEAD WELL
  4. KNEAD WELL TO GET SMOOTH DOUGH
  5. MAKE EQUAL SIZED DOUGH BALLS
  6. PRESS THE BALLS IN WHEAT FLOUR AND DUST SOME FLOUR ON ROLLING SURFACE
  7. ROLL ROUNDLY, FOLD INTO TRIANGLE SHAPE AND AGAIN ROLL INTO ROUND
  8. PLACE ON HOT TAWA
  9. FLIP AND FRY BOTH THE SIDES
  10. PRESS AND FRY TO GET PLUFFY
  11. FRY UNTIL BROWN PATCHES HERE AND THERE, REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
