  2. MIX UP WELL
  3. TRANSFER BATTER INTO A PLATE
  4. APPLY GHEE ON HANDS,TAKE A SMALL AMOUNT MAKE ROUND SHPAE
  5. PREPARE ALL THE DOE IS MAKE ROUND SHAPE..ONCE RICE BALLS READY PUT THE CLOTH ON PLATE FOR STEAM
  6. CLOSE LID STEAM AT 15 MINS
  7. 1 CUP SOAKED MOONG DAL STRAIN WATER
  8. AFTER THAT PUT INTO BLENDER ADD 2 RED CHILLI,1 PIECE GINGER,1TSP JEERA
  9. MAKE AS ROUGH PASTE THIS IS MAIN COURSE PASTE
  10. HEAT PAN ADD 2 TSP OIL,ADD 1 PINCH HING,1TSP URAD DAL,CHANA DAL,MUSTARD SEEDS,JEERA
  11. ONCE FRIED IT ADD 2 GREEN CHILLI SLICES,1 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  12. ADD HALF CUP MINT LEAVES,CORIANDER
  13. THEN ADD MAIN COURSE PASTE
  14. ADD HALF TSP TURMERIC POWDER,HALF TSP SALT
  15. AFTER THAT ADD STEAMED RICE BALLS ON IT
  16. READY TO SERVE RAIL PHALAM
