Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Take one cup jowar aata in a bowl .
  2. Add 1/2cup minced chicken.
  3. 1tea spoon each of cumin piwder,red chilly powder,coriander powder,barbeque masala,ginger garlick paste and,salt
  4. Add1/2cup chopped coriander leaves and 1tea spoon chopped green chillies.

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL TAKE 1CUP JOWAR AATA,ADD1)2CUP MINCED CHICKEN.
  2. ADD 1TEA SPOON RED CHILLY POWDER,1TEA SPOON CORIANDER POWDER,1TEA SPOON CUMIN POWDER.
  3. ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND 1/2CUP CORIANDER LEAVES.
  4. ADD 1TEA SPOON SALT AND MAKE A DOUGH.
  5. DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 4PORTIONS AND MAKE CYLINDRICAL SHAPE KEBABS.
  6. PIERCE SKEWERS INTO KEBABS
  7. HEAT A NON STICK PAN ,ADD SOME BUTTER ,ARRANGE KEBABSON PAN .
  8. COVER AND COOK ON LOW FLAME FOR 12_15 MINUTES TILL KEBABS ARE GOLDEN.
  9. FLIP IN BETWEEN .
