ABOUT BESAN FLOUR CHUTNEY ! RECIPE

This Besan Flour Chutney is very Famous in North India and South India ! It is very yummy ! It goes with IDLIES,PURIES,CHAPPATHIES and ROTIES !

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Besan Flour - 2 Tbsps
  2. Potatoes -2
  3. coriander Leaves Chopped 2 Tbsps
  4. Curry Leaves Chopped- 2 Tbsps
  5. Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
  6. Fennel seeds -1 tsp
  7. Fennel seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
  9. Mustard Seeds- 1/2 tsp
  10. Cloves - 4
  11. Chinamen

Instructions

  1. BESAN FLOUR CHUTNEY ! BY RAMANI THIAGARAJAN
  2. Zinger Garlic grated,Fennel Powder,Garam masala Powder Tomato,Coriander Curry Leaves ChoppedOnions
  3. Take all ingredients !
  4. In a saucepan heat oil and add mustard and all ingredients ! Add green chilies and turmeric !
  5. Stir well !
  6. Take Besan Flour !
  7. Take mashed potatoes !
  8. Mix with the sautéed ingredients !
  9. Add water to the Besan Flour mix well with out lumps !
  10. Add water and Besan Flour mixed with water !
  11. Add salt and chopped coriander Leaves !
  12. Mix well and let it boil !
  13. Besan Flour Chutney is ready ! Garnish with chopped coriander Leaves !
  14. Serve with Idly,poori,Roti,Dhosai and Chappathies !
