Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk 1/4 ltr
  2. Water 1/4 ltr
  3. Ragi flour 1 tbsp
  4. Jaggery syrup 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT MILK AND WATER EACH 1/4 LTR
  2. ADD 1 TBS OF RAGI FLOUR, MIX WELL TO AVOID LUMPS
  3. WHEN IT STARTS BOILING ADD JAGGERY SYRUP
  4. ALLOW IT TO BOIL FINELY, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE IN HOT OR COOL
