Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken 1/2 kg
  2. 1 tsp chicken masala
  3. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  4. 1 tsp chili powder
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp fresh cream
  7. 1 star Anise
  8. 4 slice onions
  9. 3 dry red chillies
  10. Water
  11. 1 tsp salt
  12. Fresh chopped dhanya

Instructions

  1. SPICY DHANYA CHICKEN
  2. HEAT OIL IN A KADAHI AND FRY SLICED ONIONS
  3. ADD 3 DRY CHILIES
  4. 1 STAR ANISE
  5. WHEN ITS BROWN, TAKE IT OUT IN A GRINDER
  6. ADD WATER AND MAKE IT INTO A THICK PASTE
  7. MARINATE THE CHICKEN WITH 1 TSP CHICKEN MASALA, 1 TSP WHITE PEPPER
  8. 1 TSP KASHMIRI RED CHILI POWDER
  9. 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  10. MIX PROPERLY
  11. IN THE SAME OIL IN WHICH THE ONIONS WERE BROWNED,ADD 1 TSP SALT AND ADD THE MARINATED CHICKEN AND COOK FOR TWO MINUTES.
  12. AFTER TWO MINUTES, ADD THE PASTE U MADE.
  13. ADD 1 TSP FRESH CREAM TO LESSEN THE HEAT OF THE CHILLIES.
  14. MIX PROPERLY AND CIVER LHE LID AND LET IT COOK OFR ANOTHER TEN MINUTES IM SLOW FLAME UNTILL COOKED.
  15. CHECK IF THE CHICKEN IS TENDER AND THEN ITS READY TO BE SERVED
  16. SERVE WITH STEANED RICE, DAL AND AACHAAR.
