Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 2 cups
  2. Grated Beetroot - 1 cup
  3. Ajwain mangrela - 1/4 tspn
  4. Salt
  5. Water
  6. oil

Instructions

  1. TAKE WHEAT FLOUR
  2. ADD AJWAIN, SALT
  3. ADD GRATED BEETROOT AND MIX
  4. ADD WATER SLOWLY AND MAKE DOUGH
  5. ONCE THE DOUGH IS READY, SET ASIDE FOR 10 MIN
  6. NOW MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE DOUGH
  7. ROLL IT WITH BELAN
  8. PLACE IT ON HOT TAWA
  9. FLIP THE SIDE AND COOK
  10. ADD OIL/GHEE ON THAT SIDE AND FLIP
