Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Samolina 1 cup
  4. Buttermilk 4 1/2 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Eno 1 sachet
  7. Coconut oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST SEMOLINA AND OATS EACH 1 CUP
  2. ROAST AND ADD WHEAT FLOUR FOR STICKINESS, CONTINUE ROASTING UNTIL GOOD AROMA
  3. ADD BUTTERMILK 4 1/2 CUP, MIX WELL IF ESSENTIAL ADD SOME MORE, REST IT FOR 15 MINUTES
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND ENO SACHET 1, MIX WELL
  5. GREASE COCONUT OIL TO EACH IDLI MOULDS
  6. POUR SUFFICIENT IDLI BATTER
  7. PLACE ON IDLI STEAMER, COVER AND COOK FOR 20 MINUTES
  8. CHECK THE COOKNESS, TAKE OFF FLAME
  9. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
