Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fusilli pasta - 300 g
  2. Carrot - 1 cup, thinly sliced
  3. Apple - 1 cup, thinly sliced
  4. Butter - 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic - 1 tbsp, chopped
  6. Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  7. Warm Milk - 1 1/2 cups
  8. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  9. Italian mixed herbs - 1 tsp + 1/4 tsp
  10. Grated cheese - 2 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Olive oil - 2 tsp + 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. BOIL PASTA IN SALTED WATER WITH 2 TSP OF OIL
  2. STRAIN IN A COLANDER
  3. BLANCH CARROT SLICES
  4. HEAT 1 TBSP OF BUTTER
  5. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC, SAUTE TILL GOLDEN
  6. ADD 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR, WHISK TO FORM PASTE
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP OF WARM MILK
  8. MIX WELL TO AVOID LUMPS
  9. ADD 1 MORE CUP OF MILK, COOK TILL IT THICKENS
  10. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  11. ADD 1 TSP OF PEPPER
  12. ADD 2 TSP OF ITALIAN MIXED HERBS
  13. ADD 2 TBSP OF GRATED CHEESE
  14. MIX WELL
  15. ADD BLANCHED CARROTS
  16. ADD SLICED APPLES
  17. ADD BOILED PASTA
  18. MIX TO COAT PASTA WITH SAUCE ALL OVER
  19. DRIZZLE 2 TSP OF OLIVE OIL, MIX WELL
