Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice flour 21/2 cups
  2. onion 1
  3. green chillies 2
  4. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  5. corriander leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  6. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. RICE FLOUR, ONION, CORRIANDER LEAVES, GREEN CHILLIES, TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT
  2. PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL
  3. ADD WATER AND MIX THOROGHLY TO FORM BATTER
  4. PUT OIL ON A HEATED TAVA AND PUT THE BATTER
  5. SPREAD BATTER WITH CLEAN HANDS DIPPING IN WATER IF REWUIRED
  6. COVER AND COOK
  7. WHEN DONE ON ONE SIDE, FLIP THE BHAKRI
