Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole wheat 1 cup
  2. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilli 2
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Tomato chopped 1 cup

Instructions

  1. OVERNIGHT SOAKED WHOLE WHEAT 1 CUP
  2. ADD TOMATOES 1 CUP, WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP, TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP
  3. SALT TO TASTE, CORIANDER SEEDS 2 TSP, CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP, RED CHILLI / BYADAGI CHILLI 2
  4. ADD WATER AND GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  5. TRANSFER BATTER INTO A VESSEL
  6. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER ON HOT TAWA, SPREAD THINLY, COVER AND COOK UNTIL CRISPY
  7. OPEN THE LID, FLIP AND COOK
  8. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
