  1. All purpose flour 500 gms
  2. Dalda ghee 100 gms
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Chat masala

Instructions

  1. 500 GMS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR, 100 GMS DALDA GHEE, 1 1/2 TBSP SESAME SEEDS, 1TSP SALT, CHAT MASALA FOR SPRINKLE.
  2. ADD SESAME SEEDS, SALT, DALDA GHEE IN FLOUR AND MIX WELL.
  3. ADD WATER AND KNEAD TILL WE GET SEMI SOFT DOUGH.
  4. REST THE DOUGH TILL 15 MINUTES.
  5. MAKE SMALL BALLS FROM THE DOUGH AND ROLL PURI. TAKE DESI GHEE IN SMALL BOWL AND APPLY ON PURI FOLD IT AGAIN APPLY GHEE AND FOLD.
  6. WE GOT THIS TYPE OF SAMOSA SHAPED PURI. NOW KEEP THIS ALL PURI IN CLOTH. AND FRY AFTER 4 TO 5 HOUR'S.
  7. FRY PURI IN OIL TILL LIGHT GOLDEN IN COLOUR.
  8. AFTER FRYING EACH BATCH SPRINKLE CHAT MASALA ON IT.
