  2. jaggery 1 cup
  3. water to cook jackfruit seeds
  4. All-purpose flour 2 cup
  5. water 1 1/2 cup for kanaka
  6. coconut oil 1 cup

Instructions

  1. CRUSH AND PEEL JACKFRUIT SEEDS
  2. CLEANLY WASH AND PRESSURE COOK UNTIL SMOOTH
  3. FOR KANAKA, ADD ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR 2 CUP, WATER
  4. MIX WELL
  5. ADD SUFFICIENT WATER AND CONTINUE MIXING
  6. ADD COCONUT OIL 4 TSP FOR SMOOTH KANAKA, COVER AND KEEP ASIDE
  7. ADD JAGGERY POWDER AND COOKED, COOLED JACKFRUIT SEEDS IN MIXIE JAR, GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  8. TRANSFER HOORANAM INTO A PLATE
  9. APPLY COCONUT OIL TO PALM AND MAKE BIG LEMON SIZED BALLS
  10. PINCH KANAKA EQUAL SIZED AND KEEP READY
  11. APPLY COCONUT OIL TO HOLIGE SHEET, ENLARGE KANAKA
  12. COVER HOORANAM WITH KANAKA
  13. PAT AS THIN AS POSSIBLE
  14. GREASE TAWA IN COCONUT OIL, PLACE OBBATTU ON IT
  15. REMOVE THE SHEET ,DRIZZLE SOME OIL
  16. FLIP AND COOK UNTIL BROWN PATCHES HERE AND THERE IN MEDIUM FLAME
  17. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
