  1. 2 riped robust banana
  2. half cup sugar
  3. 1 cup wheat flour
  4. 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, a pinch salt
  5. one teaspoon vanilla essence
  6. half a cup oil
  7. A Pinch cinnamon powder

Instructions

  1. AM TAKING 2 WELL RIPED ROBUST BANANAS
  2. GONNA SMASH THEM TO A COARSE PRESS
  3. IN GOES HALF A CUP SUGAR TO THE SMASHED BANANAS
  4. ADD A PINCH SALT , 2 TSP BAKING POWDER AND 1 TSP BAKING SODA AND A TSP VANILA EXTRACT
  5. AM ADDING HALF A CUP OIL, A PINCH OF CINNAMON POWDER ALSO IS ADDED
  6. MIX ALL. ADD IN A CUP OF WHITE WHEAT FLOUR.
  7. AFTER BRINGING ALTOGETHER, ADD IN A QUARTER CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES.
  8. GREASE THE BAKING TIN WITH BYTTER AND TOP WITH BUTTER PAPER. POUR IN THE CAKE BATTER.
  9. INTO A PREHEATED OVEN ALLOW THE CAKE TO GET BAKED. I HAVE SET THE TIME FOR 30 MINS AT 180 DEG
  10. THE CAKE IS GETTING WELL BAKED
  11. NON STICKY, AND PERFECTLY BAKED.
  12. ONCE IN ROOM TEMPERATURE, DEMOULD THE CAKE AND REMIVE THE BUTTER PAPER.
  13. YUMMY WITH A BLAST OF CRANBERRY FLAVOR AND AS WELL TASTE.
