  2. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  3. Grated carrot 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped cucumber 1/4 cup
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tsp
  7. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  8. Green chilli chopped 1

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD OVERNIGHT SOAKED CHANA DAL, GRATED CARROT, GRATED COCONUT, CHOPPED CUCUMBER
  2. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, GREEN CHILLI, SALT TO TASTE AND LEMON JUICE, MIX THOROUGHLY AND SERVE
