Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Kudo millet 1/2 cup
  2. Whole wheat 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water

Instructions

  1. OVERNIGHT SOAKED AND WATER DRAINED KUDO MILLET 1/2 CUP, WHEAT 1 CUP ADD IN MIXIE JAR
  2. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND SOME WATER, GRIND UNTIL SMOOTH
  3. TRANSFER NEITHER THICK NOR WATERY BATTER INTO A CONTAINER, IF ESSENTIAL ADD SOME MORE WATER
  4. POUR LADDLE FULL OF BATTER OVER THE HOT SURFACE OF NON-STICK TAWA, SWIRL IT AS THIN AS POSSIBLE
  5. COOK UNTIL THE BOTTOM SURFACE TURNS LIGHT BROWN AND THE EDGES START TO COME UPWARD, REMOVE AND SERVE
