  1. Milk 1 ltr
  2. Broken wheat 100 gms
  3. Jaggery syrup 1 cup
  4. Ghee 1 tsp
  5. Cloves 5
  6. Coconut gratings 1/4 cup
  7. Raisins 10 no.

Instructions

  1. BRING INTO BOIL 1 LTR OF MILK, ADD CLOVES 5 AND PRESSURE COOKED BROKEN WHEAT 100 GMS
  2. ALLOW IT TO COOK FINELY UNTIL THICKNESS IN LOW-MEDIUM FLAME BY SAUTEING OFTENLY, ADD JAGGERY SYRUP
  3. ADD A TSP OF GHEE
  4. ADD RAISINS AND GRATED COCONUT, MIX WELL, TAKE OFF FLAME AND ALLOW IT TO COOL
