  1. Coconut gratings 2 cup
  2. Water 1 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Cooked rice 2 cup
  5. Green beans chopped 1 cup
  6. Tomatoes chopped 1/4 cup
  7. Coconut oil 4 tsp
  8. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  9. Jeera 1 tsp
  10. Jeera chilli slits 4
  11. Asafoetida a pinch
  12. Curry leaves 8-10

Instructions

  1. GRIND COARSELY FRESH COCONUT GRATINGS BY ADDING SUFFICIENT WATER
  2. SQUEEZE AND STRAIN IT BY ADDING SOME WATER, KEEP ASIDE
  3. HEAT COCONUT OIL, LET SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS AND JEERA
  4. ADD ASAFOETIDA, CURRY LEAVES, CHOPPED GREEN BEANS, CHOPPED TOMATO, FRY UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD SALT, JEERA CHILLI AND COCONUT MILK, BRING IT TO BOIL FINELY
  6. ADD 2 CUPS OF COOKED RICE, ALLOW IT TO COOK UNTIL THE MIXTURE THICK
  7. WHEN COCONUT MILK ABSORBED COMPLETELY, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE IN HOT
