Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup chopped pineapple
  2. 150 grams curd
  3. 1 tbsp sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  5. 1/2 tsp rock salt
  6. 2 green chillies crushed to a paste
  7. 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. WHISK 150 GMS CURD UNTIL SMOOTH
  2. CREAMY CURD IS READY FOR THE RAITA
  3. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED PINEAPPLE TO A BLENDER, BLEND
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER, CONTINUE BLENDING UNTIL SMOOTH
  5. HEAT THE READY PINEAPPLE PUREE, COOK FOR 3-4 MINS
  6. ADD 1 TBSP SUGAR
  7. STIR & COOK FOR 3 MINS
  8. TAKE OFF HEAT, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  9. MIX THE CURD, THE PINEAPPLE PUREE, 2 CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES, SENDHA NAMAK, 1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
  10. MIX WELL, SERVE CHILLED
