It is sweet,refreshing and a fruity raita made with fresh pineapple.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup chopped pineapple
  2. 150 grams curd
  3. 1 tbsp sugar
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  5. 1/2 tsp rock salt
  6. 2 green chillies crushed to a paste
  7. 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. WHISK CURD TILL SMOOTH
  2. CURD IS READY
  3. TAKE CHOPPED PINEAPPLE TO A BLENDER AND BLEND TILL SMOOTH
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER AND KEEP BLENDING TILL SMOOTH
  5. KEEP A PAN ON STOVE ADD PINEAPPLE PUREE TO IT AND COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  6. ADD 1 TBSP SUGAR TO IT
  7. KEEP STIRRING
  8. REMOVE FROM HEAT AFTER 3 MINUTES AND LET IT COOL
  9. TAKE A BOWL ADD WHISKED CURD,PINEAPPLE PUREE,ALL OTHER SPICES
  10. MIX WELL
