Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup curd
  2. 2 medium boiled potatoes, cubed
  3. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  4. 1 teaspoon fennel powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1 tbsp ghee
  7. 3/4 cup water
  8. 1 tbsp Rajgira flour
  9. Sendha Namak as per taste
  10. 1/2 teaspoon Homemade Garam masala
  11. 1/2 inch grated ginger
  12. 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions

  1. WHISK 1 CUP CURD TILL CREAMY & SMOOTH
  2. ADD 1 TBSP AMARANTH ( RAJGIRA FLOUR ), WHISK
  3. HEAT 1 TBSP GHEE, ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
  4. ADD 1/2 TSP GRATED GINGER, SAUTE FOR A FEW SECONDS
  5. ADD 2 BOILED, CUBED POTATOES, SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINS
  6. ADD THE BEATEN CURD, MIX WELL
  7. ADD 3/4 CUP WATER
  8. ADD THE MASALA POWDERS, MIX & COOK FOR 1 MINUTE
  9. ADD ROCK SALT ( SENDHA NAMAK ) TO TASTE, SIMMER & COOK TILL THICK
  10. IT'S DONE, TAKE OFF HEAT
  11. GARNISH WITH 2 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, SERVE WITH FALAHARI POORI OR PARANTHA
