Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup sabudana(250 grams)
  2. 4 tbsp peanut powder
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 sprig curry leaves
  6. 1 inch chopped ginger
  7. 2 chopped Green chilli
  8. 1 cup boiled and chopped potatoes(1 cup=250 grams)
  9. 1/2 tsp rock salt
  10. 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. ADD 4 TBSP PEANUT POWDER TO SOAKED SABUDANA AND MIX WELL AND SET ASIDE
  2. HEAT A KADAI AND ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND HEAT IT
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS AND SAUTE WELL
  4. ADD 1 SPRIG CURRY LEAVES, 1 INCH CHOPPED GINGER,2 CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND SAUTE THEM WELL.
  5. NOW ADD BOILED AND CHOPPED POTATOES 1 CUP(250 GRAMS), MIX WELL AND COOK TILL POTATOES ARE ROASTED.
  6. NOW ADD SABUDANA MIX AND REDUCE THE HEAT TO LOW, COVER SABUDANA AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES.
  7. AFTER 5 MINUTES ADD 1/2 TSP ROCK SALT AND 1 TBSP SUGAR, SAUTE IT FOR A MINUTE AND ITS DONE
