  1. White channa 2 cups
  2. Coriander 2 tablespoons
  3. White sesmi seeds 2 teaspoon
  4. Dry red chilly 4
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Greated coconut 2 tablespoons
  7. 2 teaspoon of oil
  8. 1/4 teaspoon of mustard seeds
  9. Few curry leaves

Instructions

  1. WHITE CHANNA 2 CUPS, (8HOURS SOAKED) DANIYA 2 TABLESPOONS , WHITE SESMI SEEDS 1 TEASPOON , DRY RED CHILLES 4, SALT TO TASTE, GRATED COCONUT 2 TABLESPOONS, 2 TEASPOON OF OIL, FEW MUSTARD SEEDS, FEW CURRY LEAVES.
  2. HEAT A PRESSURE COOKER ADD SOME WATER AND SOKED CHANNA, AD LITTLE SALT
  3. MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 3 SOUNDS
  4. HEAT A PAN
  5. ADD WHITE SESMI SEEDS,CORIANDER, DRY RED CHILLY
  6. ROAST FOR FEW MINUTES AND COOL FOR FEW MINUTES
  7. GRIND WELL ADD LITTLE WATER
  8. MASALA IS READY
  9. DRAIN THE WATER
  10. HEAT A PAN ADD OIL
  11. ADD MUSTERED SEEDS
  12. DRY CHILLIES, CURRY LEAVES
  13. MIX WELL AND ADD GRINDED MASALA
  14. JUST SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS AND ADD BOILED CHANNA
  15. ADD REQUIRED SALT AND MIX WELL
  16. ADD COCONUT AND MIX WELL SAUTE FOR FEW SECONDS
  17. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME MASALA CHANNA IS READY
  18. ENJOY
