  1. Samak rice...2cup
  2. Cumin powder...2tspn
  3. Red chilli...powder...1tspn
  4. Turmeric powder...1tspn
  5. Green chilli...2
  6. Curry leaves...5
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Boiled arbi...1bowl
  9. Boiled potato...1bowl
  10. Grated carrot...1cup
  11. Salt
  12. Butter or ghee

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1TSPN GHEE & ADD 1TSPN PANCH FORON SEEDS.
  2. ADD CURRY LEAVES,GREEN CHILLI & LET IT CRACKLE.AFTER FEW MINS ,ADD BOILED ARBI,POTATO & ALL SPICES.
  3. IT WILL TAKE 5 MINS TO COOK.ADD CORIANDER LEAVES,1TSPN GHEE & SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.
  4. FOR UTTAPAM, TAKE SOAKED SAMAK RICE & SALT IN A BLENDING JAR
  5. MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE OF IT.
  6. ADD CUMIN POWDER
  7. BRUSH BUTTER OR GHEE,POUR 1TSPN BATTER & SPREAD GRATED CARROT & CORIANDER LEAVES OVER IT.
  8. FRY BOTH THE SIDES WELL
