arbi fry is a really simple and easy recipe which can be served not only as side dish but also as a starter. It is a perfect party snack and also can be made during navratri or fasting days and is loved by young and old alike.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 grams arbi(colocasia)
  2. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  4. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp rock salt
  7. 1 green chilli chopped
  8. Water as required
  9. 2 tbsp oil
  10. 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. IN A KADAI,ADD 2 TBSP OIL AND HEAT OIL
  2. ADD CUMIN SEEDS,FRY FOR A MINUTE
  3. NOW ADD THE CUT ARBI PIECES ,ROCK SALT AND MIX WELL 
  4. NOW ADD ALL THE SPICE POWDERS AND CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND FRY
  5. MIX WELL AND FRY FOR 4-5 MINUTES
  6. THEN ADD RED CHILLI POWDER AND CORIANDER MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR A MINUTE
  7. ARBI FRY RECIPE IS READY
