Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams arbi(colocasia)
  2. 1/2 tsp rock salt
  3. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  5. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  6. 1 tbsp chopped mint and curry leaves
  7. Oil for deep fry
  8. Water as required to cook arbi

Instructions

  1. PRESSURE COOK ARBI FOR 2 WHISTLES,THEN DRAIN AND PEEL THE SKIN
  2. HEAT OIL FOR DEEP FRY,ADD PEELED ARBI
  3. KEEP FRYING
  4. FRY TILL IT GETS GOLDEN BROWN
  5. KEEP ON KITCHEN PAPER TOWEL
  6. HEAT KADAI,ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL
  7. ONCE IT IS HOT ,ADD ALL THE SPICES
  8. GIVE A QUICK MIX
  9. ADD FRIED ARBI TO THE SEASONING.MIX THE ARBI WELL
  10. SUKHI ARBI IS READY
