Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potatoes - 4
  2. Ghee - 2 tspn
  3. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tspn
  4. Red chilli - 1
  5. Haldi - 1/2 tspn
  6. Chilli powder - 1/2 tspn
  7. Rock salt - 1 tspn
  8. Aamchur - 1 tspn
  9. Pepper powder - 1/4 tspn

Instructions

  1. BOIL POTATOES ON HIGH FLAME FOR 1 WHISTLE AND ON LOW FLAME FOR 2 WHISTLES IN COOKER
  2. HEAT GHEE/OIL, ADD CUMIN SEEDS, RED CHILLI, HALDI, CHILLI POWDER
  3. WHEN THEY SPLUTTER, ADD POTATOES BY MASHING THEM
  4. MIX WELL ALL THE INGREDIENTS, LEAVE SOME POTATOES UNMASHED ALSO
  5. ADD ROCK SALT, AAMCHUR POWDER
  6. MIX, IN THE END ADD PEPPER POWDER AND SWITCH OFF.
