Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pearl Millet- 50 gms
  2. Finger millet powder- 5 Tbsps
  3. Foxtail Millet- 5 Tbsps
  4. Sesame oil- 2 tsps
  5. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. MILLET DUMPLING ! BY RAMANI THIAGARAJAN !
  2. Take Pearl Millet soak and cook.
  3. Take (Ragi)Finger Millet Flour.
  4. Take Foxtail Millet Flour.
  5. Boil water and add Sesame oil .Add cooked Pearl Millet (Bajra )and salt.
  6. Add Finger Millet and Foxtail Millet.Close the vessel.Cook 10 minutes.
  7. Open and stir well.There should not be any lumps.
  8. Now with the help of wooden stick break lumps and stir continuously.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Cook for 10 minutes.
  11. This is the correct stage to switch off the heat.
  12. Millet Dumpling is ready.
  13. This is Pearl Millet Dumpling.
  14. Pearl Millet,Finger Millet and Foxtail Millet Dumpling.
  15. Pearl Millet Dumpling.
