Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 Cup oats
  2. 1/2 Cup of chopped almonds
  3. 1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts
  4. 1/4 Th cup of chopped pistachio
  5. 1/4 Cup of dry cranberries
  6. 1/4 Th cup of dried blue berries
  7. 1/4 Th cup of raisins
  8. 2 Tbsp of honey
  9. 1/4 Th tsp of salt
  10. 1/2 Cup of hersheys choclate syrup
  11. 1/4 Th cup of melon seeds
  12. 1/4 Th cup of flax seeds
  13. 1/4 Th cup of chopped dates

Instructions

  1. ROAST 1 CUP OATS, 1/2 CUP EACH OF CHOPPED ALMONDS & WALNUTS
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED PISTACHIOS, 1/4 CUP MELON & FLAX SEEDS
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP DRIED CRANBERRIES & BLUEBERRIES, 8-9 CHOPPED DATES, MIX
  4. ALLOW IT TO COOL FOR 5 MINS
  5. ADD 1/4 CUP RAISINS, 1/4 TSP SALT, 2 TBSP HONEY
  6. ADD 1/2 CUP HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP
  7. MIX WELL
  8. ADD THE MIXTURE TO A BAKING TIN LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER
  9. SPREAD EVENLY & PRESS DOWN LIGHTLY
  10. GREASE A PRESSER WITH OIL / GHEE, PRESS DOWN FIRMLY
  11. BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREES FOR 20 MINS
  12. ONCE DONE, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  13. UNMOULD CAREFULLY
  14. CUT OUT BARS IN DESIRED SIZES
  15. WRAP IN PARCHMENT PAPER, TIE A STRING
