  1. Arbi/colcassia 5-6 boiled
  2. Curd 1 bowl
  3. Cumin-1 tsp
  4. Coriander -1 tsp
  5. Saunf /fennel -1 tsp
  6. Asafotedia - pinch
  7. Rock salt 1 tsp
  8. Dry red chilli whole 2
  9. Mustard oil/ghee 1 tbsp
  10. Black cardamom 2
  11. Cloves 3-4
  12. Watet 1 cup
  13. Turmeric powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. JEERA/CUMIN1 TSP,CORIANDER 1 TSP,CLOVES 3-4,HING PINCH (OPTIONAL),1TSP SAUNF,BLACK CARDAMOM 2
  2. CURD ONE BOWL.
  3. HEAT 1TBSP MUSTARD OIL OR GHEE AS PER LIKING.
  4. ADD TWO WHOLE DRY CHILLIES TO OIL.
  5. ADD ALL THE DRY MASALAS
  6. ADD 1 TSP SEENDHA NAMAK/ROCK SALT(ADJUST AS PER TASTE) 1 TSP HALDI
  7. ADD CURD TO IT AND MIX WELL
  8. LET IT COOK AT LOW FLAME FOR 20 MINUTES
  9. COOK AT LOW FLAME COVERED TILL YOU GET THIS TEXTURE AND OIL FLOATING UP
  10. NOW TAKE 5-6 BOILED ARBI AND CHOPPED ,EITHER YOU CAN FRY IT OR USE IT LIKE THIS.
  11. I FRIED IT FOR A MINUTE.
  12. NOW ADD IT IN MIX AFTER FRYING.
  13. ADD 1CUP WATER AND COOK FOR SOMETIME TILL GRAVY THICKENS.
  14. READY TO SERVE,GARNISH WITH CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES.
  15. ENJOY
