Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Shyavige 1 cup
  2. Cow's milk 1/2 ltr
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Cashews few
  5. Raisins few
  6. Coconut gratings 1 cup
  7. Water 2 cup
  8. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT GHEE 1 TSP, FRY CASHEWS FEW AND SHYAVIGE 1 CUP
  2. FRY UNTIL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN, ADD COW'S MILK AND PRESSURE COOK FOR 2 WHISTLES
  3. OPEN THE LID, ADD SUGAR, LET IT DISSOLVES COMPLETELY
  4. GRIND COCONUT GRATINGS BY ADDING SOME WATER
  5. SQUEEZE IT BY ADDING SOME MORE WATER
  6. ADD COCONUT MILK 2 CUP, LET IT BOIL
  7. ADD FEW RAISINS WHILE BOILING FINELY, TAKE OFF FLAME AND SERVE EITHER IN HOT OR COOL
