  1. Coconut oil 1 tsp
  2. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  3. Urad dal 1 tsp
  4. Chana dal 1 cup
  5. Red chilli 1
  6. Curry leaves 1 string
  7. Sprouted green gram 1 cup
  8. Coconut gratings fistful
  9. Turmeric powder a pinch
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP OF OIL, LET SPLUTTER MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DAL, CHANNA DAL EACH 1 TSP
  2. ADD RED CHILLI AND CURRY LEAVES
  3. ADD SPROUTED GREEN GRAM 1 CUP
  4. SALT TO TASTE, GRATED COCONUT, TURMERIC POWDER
  5. PRESSURE COOK FOR 2 WHISTLES BY ADDING HALF CUP OF WATER
  6. OPEN THE LID AFTER PRESSURE DOWN, MIX ONCE AND SERVE
