Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Jowar flour 1 +1/2 cup
  2. Ragi flour 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water 1 cup
  5. Ghee 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. COMBINE JOWAR FLOUR 1 CUP, SALT TO TASTE, WATER
  2. ADD RAGI FLOUR 1/2 CUP
  3. ADD SOME MORE WATER TO MIX AND KNEAD WELL
  4. COVER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR HALF AN HOUR
  5. OPEN THE LID, MAKE EQUAL SIZED DOUGH BALLS
  6. DIP IN JOWAR FLOUR, ROLL ROUNDLY
  7. FRY ON HOT TAWA BY SPRINKLING SOME GHEE
  8. FRY BOTH THE SIDES EVENLY
  9. REMOVE AND SERVE IN HOT
