Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1cup curd
  2. 1cup milk
  3. Half cup semonella
  4. 1cup sugar

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1/2 CUP SEMOLINA
  2. SAUTE UNTIL IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN, SET ASIDE
  3. KEEP 1 CUP MILK TO BOIL, SIMMER UNTIL THICK
  4. COOK UNTIL THE MILK GETS REDUCED TO HALF, ADD 1 CUP CURD, MIX
  5. ADD THE ROASTED SEMOLINA, MIX IN
  6. ADD 1 CUP SUGAR, 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  7. MIX WELL UNTIL THE SUGAR MELTS & THE MIXTURE TURNS THICK LIKE THIS, ALLOW IT TO COOL A LITTLE
  8. GREASE YOUR PALMS WITH SOME GHEE, SHAPE SMALL LADDOOS OUT OF THE WARM MIXTURE
  9. GARNISH WITH CHERRIES & ALMOND SLIVERS, STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER IN THE FRIDGE
