This my mom's recipe and we love it since our childhood.This is quick easy and tasy recipe for any fast.We can replace the potato with raw banana.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potato 2
  2. Singhada aata 3 tbsp
  3. Green chili 1
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. Jeera 1/4 tsp
  6. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Sendha namak as per taste

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL REQUIRED INGREDIENT.
  2. CUT THE POTATOES INTO SMALL CUBES LIKE THIS AND ADD 1/4 TSP JEERA.
  3. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILI AND GREEN CORIANDER LEAVES.
  4. NOW CRUSH 1/4 TSP BLACK PEPPER.
  5. ADD CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER TO THE POTATOES AND SENDHA NAMAK AS PER TASTE.
  6. NOW ADD 3 TBSP SINGHADA KA AATA.
  7. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS PROPERLY.
  8. HEAT THA KADAHI AND PUT PEANUT OIL AND LET IT HEAT.
  9. NOW PUT THE POTATOES IN HOT OIL.
  10. FRY THEM FIRST ON FULL FLAME FOR 2-3 MIN THEN SLOW THE FLAME AND FRY THEM.
  11. FRY THEM TILL THEY BECOME NICE GOLDEN IN COLOUR AND CRISP.
  12. NOW TAKE THEM OUT FROM OIL.
  13. KEEP THEM ON TISSUE PAPER AS IT SOAK THE EXTRA OIL.
  14. NOW SERVE THE ALOO SINGHADA BHAJIYA HOT WITH CURD OR GREEN CHUTNEY.
