Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soaked almonds 15-20
  2. Full cream milk 1/2 lit
  3. sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Geen cardamom 3-4
  5. pistachio and almonds flakes for garnishing

Instructions

  1. TAKE 15-20 SOAKED ALMONDS AND PUT IN THE MIXER JAR AND GRIND IT.
  2. WHILE GRINDING ADD SOME WATER TO IT.
  3. ALMOND PASTE SHOULD BE SMOOTH LIKE THIS.
  4. NOW BOIL THE FULL FAT MILK.
  5. THEN ADD ALMOND PASTE TO THE MILK.
  6. STIR IT CONTINUOUSLY FOR 10 MIN .
  7. COOK IT FOR 25 MIN, WHEN IT BECOMES THICK ADD 3 TBSP SUGAR AND MIX.
  8. NOW DRY ROAST 3-4 GREEN CARDAMOM ON SLOW FLAME FOR 2 MIN. ROASTED CARDAMOM ENHANCE THE TASTE OF KHEE
  9. NOW CRUSH THE GREEN CARDAMOM .
  10. NOW ADD THE CARDAMOM POWDER IN KHEER AND MIX.
