In Navratri we use diffrent types of flours for making dishes kuttu is one of thsese it is very healthy flour during fast and singadha flour is also used and these flours r rich in nutrients.

  1. Kuttu Atta 1 cup
  2. Singadha atta 1/2cup
  3. Bnana 1
  4. Jaggary powder 1 bowl
  5. Vegetable oil 1cup
  6. Curd 4-5tsp
  7. Milk 100ml(as required)
  8. Cardamom powder 1/4tsp
  9. Vanila assence (optional)
  10. Baking powder 1 tsp
  11. Baking soda 1/4tsp
  12. Dry fruits as desired almond cashew kishmish pumpkin seeds dates

Instructions

  1. KUTTU AND SINGADHA ATTA CAKE (VRAT SPECAIL) INGDRIENTS FOR CAKE
  2. SIEVE ALL DRY INDGRIDIENTS KUTTU AND SINGADHA ATTA AND BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA TWICE
  3. IN A MIXTURE ADD BNANA JAGGARY POWDER VEGETABLE OIL AND LITTLE MILK TO MAKE SMOOTH BETTER
  4. LIQUID BETTER IS READY POUR IT IN A BOWL
  5. NOW ADD DRY INDGRIDIENTS TO WET INDGRIDIENTS IN SMALL BATCHES AND MIX IT ADD LITTLE MILK IN IT IF REQUIRED MILK SHOUL LUKEWARM OR ON ROOM TEMP
  6. MIX THE BETTER PROPERLY THEIR IS NO LUMP IN IT
  7. CHOP ALL THE DRY FRUITS AND ADD HALF IN THE BETTER AND MIX
  8. GREASE THE CAKE TIN AND DUST FLOUR IN IT
  9. ADD REST OF THE DRY FRUITS ON THE TOP
  10. TAP TJE CAKE TIN FOR 2-3 TIMES
  11. KEEP THE CAKE TIN IN MICROWAVE AND SET TIME FOR 5.00 TO 5.30 MIN FIRST ON HIGH HEAT ON MICRO MODE AND AFTER 5MIN CHECK THE CAKE ONCE.
  12. IF IT IS NOT BAKE PROPRLY SET AGAIN 2-3MIN BUT KEEP EYE ON IT ..AND BAKE IT TILL IT BAKE PROPERLY..MINE IS BAKED IN 7MIN..EACH MICRO HAVE IYS OWN TEMP PL KEEP CHECK IN FEW MIN
  13. TAKE THE CAKE OUT AND CHECK IT WITH A KNIFE.IF KNIFE COMES CLEAN IT MEANS CAKE IS READY
  14. LET IT COOL 10-15 MIN BEFORE DEMOLD
