  1. 1 bowl soaked Sabudana Tapioca
  2. 2tblspn roasted peanuts crushed
  3. 2tblspn oil
  4. 1 green chilli chopped fine
  5. one teaspoon cummin seeds
  6. half teaspoon sugar
  7. some curry leaves
  8. half a cup corriander leaves chopped
  9. salt to taste
  10. one teaspoon corriander powder

Instructions

  1. 1 BOWL SOAKED SABUDANA/TAPIOCA,2TBLSPN OIL,1TSPN CUMMIN,2TBLSPN,PEANUTS CRUSH,1GREEN CHILLI,SALT
  2. HEAT 2TBLSPN OIL,ADD 1TSPN ZEERA SPLUTTER IT
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED,STIR FRY
  4. ADD THE SABUDANA/TAPIOCA,SALTVTO TASTE,AND 1TSPN CORRRIANDER POWDER HERE
  5. STIR FRY TAPIOCA 1 MINUTE ,NOW ADD 2TBLSPN ROASTED PEANUT CRUSHED
  6. MIX WELL,OPTIONAL THOUGH,BUT TASTES BETTER WITH 1/2TSPN SUGAR
  7. 1/2CUP CORRIANDER CHOPPED SPRINKLED ALL OVER MIXED WELL,COVER FOR 5 MINUTES ON SLOW
