Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk-500 ml +500 ml
  2. Sugar-2 teaspoons +4 teaspoons
  3. Rose water -2 teaspoons
  4. Green cardamom -4 (crushed)

Instructions

  1. BRING 500 ML MILK TO A BOIL, STIR CONTINUOUSLY & COOK
  2. ADD 2 TSP LEMON JUICE INTO THE BOILING MILK
  3. SIMMER & STIR WHILE THE MILK CURDLES
  4. STRAIN THE CURDLED MILK THROUGH A MUSLIN CLOTH
  5. RINSE IT WITH WATER 3-4 TIMES
  6. HANG UP THE CLOTH WITH THE CHENNA FOR 30 MINS TO REMOVE EXCESS WATER
  7. RUB THE DRY CHENNA FOR 3-4 MINS UNTIL SMOOTH
  8. ADD 2 TSP EACH OF SUGAR & ROSE WATER, RUB WELL
  9. KNEAD FOR 4-5 MINS LIKE THIS
  10. MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF THE MIXTURE
  11. GET ALL THE BALLS READY, SET ASIDE
  12. BRING 500 MILK TO A BOIL, ADD 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER, SIMMER UNTIL IT TURNS THICK
  13. ADD 4 TSP SUGAR INTO THE REDUCED MILK
  14. ADD THE READY BALLS, SIMMER FOR 5 MINS, STIRRING IN BETWEEN
  15. THE PANEER KHEER IS READY, SERVE CHILLED
