Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi tomato pazzta 1 packet
  2. Nutri mini soya chunks 1/4 cup
  3. Onion 1 finely chopped
  4. French beans 2 tbsp chopped and lightly steamed
  5. Carror 2 tbsp chopped and lightly steamed
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1.5 tbsp ghee
  8. 1 cup hot water
  9. 6 peppercorns
  10. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Cauliflower 2 tbsp chopped and lightly steamed
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Black cardamom 1 crushed
  14. 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. KEEP TWO CUPS WATER TO BOIL.
  2. ADD THE CONTENTS OF 1 MAGGI TOMATO PAZZTA PACKET. BOIL IT.
  3. ADD TASTEMAKER STIR WELL & BOIL.
  4. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES. KEEP ASIDE.
  5. SOAK 1/4 CUP NUTRI NUGGETS IN HOT WATER FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES.
  6. SQUEEZE OUT THE WATER, KEEP THE NUTRI NUGGETS ASIDE.
  7. HEAT 1.5 TBSP GHEE IN A NONSTICK PAN
  8. ADD 1TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 6 PEPPERCORNS, 1 BAY LEAF, 2 CLOVES, 1 BLACK CARDAMOM
  9. ALLOW THEM TO CRACKLE.
  10. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION.
  11. SAUTE UNTILL TRANSLUCENT. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER. SAUTE BRISKLY.
  12. ADD 2 TBSP CARROT FINELY CHOPPED LIGHTLY STEAMED & SOAKED NUTRI NUGGETS.
  13. ADD CHOPPED 2 TBSP CAULIFLOWER, 2 TBSP BEANS LIGHTLY STEAMED AND FINELY CHOPPED.
  14. ADD SALT TO TASTE, MIX WELL.
  15. COVER FOR 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  16. NOW VEGGIES ARE COOKED WELL.
  17. ADD COOKED PASTA, GENTLY MIX.
  18. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  19. SERVE HOT.
  20. YUMMY!
