  2. 1 capsicum
  3. 2 onion
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. 1/2 tbsp chat masala
  7. 1 tbsp ghee
  8. Black pepper
  9. Hung curd 200 gm
  10. 1tbsp mayonnaise
  11. salt

Instructions

  1. "HUNG CURD SANDWICH"
  2. 200 GM HUNG CURD(गाढ़ा बंधा हुआ दही)
  3. 1 CAPSICUM,ONION 2,GREENCHILL-2 ,(CHOPPED) CRUSH GINGER&GARLIC.1 CUP BOILED CORN.(VEGGIE AS PER CHOICE)
  4. TAKE A BOWL ,ADD HUNG CURD AND VEGGIES
  5. ADD 1/2 TBSP SALT,1/4 BLACK PEPPER
  6. 1/4 CHAT MASALA.OR SANDWICH MASALA
  7. 1TBSP VEG MAYONNAISE
  8. MIX IT PROPERLY
  9. SEE THIS IS PERFECT CONSISTANCY.
  10. ADD CHOPP CORRIENDER&MIX
  11. I HAVE A BROWN BREAD FOR HEALTHY OPTION YOU CAN TAKE WHITE BREAD
  12. SPREAD MIXTURE ON 1 BREAD SLICE
  13. COVER IT WITH ANOTHER SLICE OF BREAD
  14. APPLY 1/2 TBSP BUTTER & COOK IT.
  15. FLIP IT.COOK BOTH SIDE .SEE HOW COLOUR IS GOOD.
  16. HUNG CURD SANDWICH IS READY.
