  1. 1 pocket creamy Maggi pazzta
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 2 green chillies slit
  4. 7,8 curry leaves
  5. 2 tsp peanut
  6. 1 tsp mustard
  7. 1 pinch asafoetida
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  9. 1/2 tsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp lemon juice
  11. salt to taste
  12. coriander leaves for garnishing
  13. 2 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. 1 PACKET MAGGI CHEESE PAZZTA
  2. COOK THE MAGGI CHEESE PAZZTA AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE PACKET, USING THE TASTEMAKER
  3. COOK FOR 5 MINUTE ON LOW FLAME
  4. COVER AND ASIDE
  5. HEAT 2 TSP OIL
  6. 1 TSP MUSTARD
  7. 2 SLIT GREEN CHILLIES, 7,8 CURRY LEAVES
  8. 2 TSP PEANUT ALLOW THEM TO CRACKLE
  9. 1 FINELY CHOPPED ONION, SAUTE UNTIL TRANSLUCENT
  10. 1 PINCH ASAFOETIDA, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, MIX IT WELL
  11. 2 TSP GREEN PEAS SAUTE, COVER AND COOK ON LOW HEAT FOR 5 MINUTE
  12. 1/2 TSP SUGAR, 1 TSP LEMON JUICE, MIX IT WELL
  13. SALT TO TASTE, MIX IT WELL
  14. ADD THE COOKED PAZZTA, MIX AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTE ON LOW HEAT
  15. TURN OF THE FLAME GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER
  16. SERVE HOT
  17. ENJOY
