  1. Roasted dal 1/2 cup
  2. Peanut 1/2 cup
  3. Jaggery as required
  4. Ghee 6 tsp
  5. Dry fruit powder 1 tsp
  6. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE ALL THE INGREDIENTS
  2. IN PAN ADD DRY ROAST DAL
  3. ROAST THE DAL FOR 5-8 MIN IN LOW FLAME.
  4. NOW ROASTED WELL
  5. TRANSFER IT TO PLATE
  6. NOW IN MIXER ADD JAGGERY, CARDAMOM POWDER,DRY FRUIT POWDER,ROASTED DAL AND ROASTED PEANUTS
  7. GRIND INTO FINE POWDER
  8. IN PAN HEAT GHEE
  9. NOW ADD GROUNDED POWDER
  10. MIX IT WELL
  11. GREASE SOME GHEE IN HANDS AND FORM IT INTO ROUND SHAPE
  12. YOU CAN ADD DRY FRUITS INSTEAD OF DRY FRUITS POWDER
  13. HEALTHY MIX BALLS ARE READY
