  1. Wheat Bread slices 4
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Water 1/2 cup
  4. Cloves 2 no.
  5. Salt a pinch
  6. Cashews bits few
  7. Rose petals few

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1/2 CUP WATER, ADD 1 CUP SUGAR, 2 CRUSHED CLOVES, BOIL UNTIL THICK
  2. MAKE A SUGAR SYRUP OF 1 THREAD CONSISTENCY, ADD A PINCH OF SALT, TAKE OFF HEAT, SET ASIDE
  3. REMOVE THE EDGES OF 4 WHEAT BREAD SLICES
  4. CUT INTO TRIANGLES, SET ASIDE
  5. PLACE THE BREAD TRIANGLES ON A HOT TAVA
  6. FLIP & GRILL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP ON BOTH SIDES
  7. DIP INTO THE READY SUGAR SYRUP & REMOVE ON A SERVING PLATE
  8. GARNISH WITH CASHEWS & ROSE PETALS, SERVE
