  1. Raw peanut with skin 1cup
  2. water 1/4 cup
  3. sugar 1/2 cup
  4. salt a pinch
  5. Pinch of Nutmeg or cinnamon

Instructions

  1. TAKE ONE CUP RAW PEANUT/GROUNDNUT.1/2 CUP SUGAR,1/4 TH CUP WATER,2 PINCH OF SALT
  2. PINCH OF NUTMEG OR CINNAMON AS FLAVOUR
  3. TAKE A NONSTICK PAN ADD PEANUTS TO IT ,AT LOW MEDIUM FLAME COOK IT FOR 10-12 MINUTES.
  4. KEEP ON STIRRING SO THAT THEY DON'T BURN.TAKE THEM OUT ON A PLATE.
  5. NOW IN NONSTICK PAN ADD SUGAR,WATER,SALT,CINNAMON
  6. MIX WELL ADD PEANUTS
  7. KEEP STIRRING AFTER ADDING PEANUTS.
  8. AT LOW FLAME COOK IT BY CONTINUOUS STIRRING.
  9. SUGAR SYRUP WILL START DRYING.
  10. KEEP STIRRING
  11. SUGAR SYRUP DRIED UP
  12. READY
  13. COOL IT
