Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cups ragi flour
  2. 1/4 cup Hersheys chocolate syrup
  3. Water as required
  4. Cherry
  5. Coconut powder

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS RAGI FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP HERSHEYS CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP
  3. ADD WATER AS REQUIRED
  4. MIX WELL, MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER
  5. THE BATTER SHOULD BE OF DROPPING CONSISTENCY LIKE THIS
  6. SET ASIDE FOR 15 MINS
  7. GREASE A NONSTICK PAN WITH SOME GHEE
  8. ADD A LADLEFUL OF BATTER, SPREAD EVENLY
  9. COOK FOR 1 MINUTE ON LOW-MEDIUM HEAT, FLIP & COOK FROM THE OTHER SIDE TILL DONE
  10. THE CHEELA IS READY, TAKE OFF HEAT
  11. DRIZZLE SOME HERSHEYS CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP ON TOP
  12. SPRINKLE SOME COCONUT POWDER
  13. ADD A CHERRY ON TOP
  14. CALCIUM RICH CHEELAS ARE READY TO SERVE
