Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup vermicelli
  2. 3 cup milk
  3. 1/2 Hersheys strawberry syrup
  4. 1/2 cup khoya / burfi
  5. Almond
  6. Cashew
  7. Raisins

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP GHEE
  2. ADD 10-12 EACH OF CHOPPED CASHEWS, ALMONDS & RAISINS
  3. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE
  4. ADD 1 CUP VERMICELLI, SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  5. ADD 3 CUPS MILK, MIX WELL
  6. COVER & COOK FOR 2 MINS
  7. THE VERMICELLI SHOULD TURN SOFT LIKE THIS
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP HERSHEY'S STRAWBERRY FLAVORED SYRUP, MIX & SIMMER FOR 1 MINUTE
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP CRUMBLED KHOYA, MIX & COOK UNTIL THICK
  10. THE KHEER IS READY, TAKE OFF HEAT
  11. GARNISH WITH ALMOND SLIVERS
  12. TOP WITH HERSHEY'S STRAWBERRY FLAVORED SYRUP, SERVE
  13. TRY IT, IT'S YUM
