Ingredients: Sweet corn kernels- 1/2 Cup; potatoes-2; Mozzarella cheese 50 gms; Bread crumbs 1/2 cup; corn flour-3 Tbsps; turmeric powder 1 tsp; Garam Masala Powder-2 Tbsps; Cumin powder-1 Tbsp; oil-1/2 liter; curry and coriander leaves 4 Tbsps; salt to taste salt; ginger garlic green chilies paste-2 Tbsps; Paneer-1/2 Cup

potatoes-2
Mozzarella cheese 50 gms
Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
corn flour-3 Tbsps
turmeric powder 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder-2 Tbsps
Cumin powder-1 Tbsp
oil-1/2 liter
curry and coriander leaves 4 Tbsps
salt to taste salt
ginger garlic green chilies paste-2 Tbsps
Paneer-1/2 Cup

Instructions

TAKE SWEET CORN,PANEER,POTATO, SMALL-ONIONS,NUTS POWDER,GREEN CHILIES,GARAM MASALA POWDER,SALT
Grate Mozzarella Cheese,take ginger garlic green chilly paste,Chopped Onions,Curry Coriander leaves
Grind corn coarsely !
Mix all ingredients ! Take Bread crumbs,mix corn flour and turmeric with little water!
Mix well !Place little shredded cheese in the dough disk !
Make a dough ball !
Dip in the corn flour batter and roll with bread crumbs !
Press them to patties !
Make all dough in the same way !
Heat oil in a wok !Drop the patties in the hot oil !
Flip gently !
Cook until golden brown !
Take out of the oil gently !
Take the golden brown patties !
Arrange with Mayonnaise sauce and hot Chilly sauce !
Theses patties are crispy outside and soft inside !
Yummy golden patties !
