ABOUT Hersheys Chocolate Peda Diyas RECIPE

This is little different from usual pedas, everyone will love it, the chocolate syrup here used enhance the flavour of pedas.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Khoya 200 gms
  2. Milk 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Almonds
  5. Milk powder 1 tbsp
  6. Hersheys chocolate syrup 2 tbsp
  7. Hersheys coco powder
  8. Ghee 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP GHEE IN A NONSTICK PAN, ADD 200 GMS KHOYA
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP MILK, 2 TBSP HERSHEY'S COCOA POWDER
  3. ADD 1/4 CUP POWDERED SUGAR, MIX WELL
  4. MIX & COOK UNTIL SMOOTH
  5. ADD 1TBSP MILK POWDER
  6. ADD 2 TBSP HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE FLAVORED SYRUP
  7. STIR CONTINUOUSLY & COOK ON LOW HEAT UNTIL THICK
  8. THE DOUGH IS READY, TAKE OFF HEAT
  9. ALLOW IT COOL FOR 15 MINS
  10. SLICE A HANDFUL OF ALMONDS LIKE THIS TO MAKE THE FLAME
  11. USE PLAIN KHOYA TO MAKE THE WICKS
  12. NOW TAKE SMALL PORTION OF THE READY DOUGH, ROLL & CHECK THE CONSISTENCY
  13. TAKE SMALL BALLS OF THE DOUGH, MAKE A HOLLOW IN THE CENTRE & SHAPE DIYAS
  14. GET ALL THE DIYAS READY
  15. FIX THE KHOYA WICK & ALMOND FLAME IN PLACE IN EVERY DIYA
  16. CHOCOLATE DIYAS ARE READY TO SERVE
  17. CELEBRATE DIWALI WITH HERSHEY'S CHOCOLATE PEDA DIYAS
